ok...now if I were doing this (pic above) today, I would sooooo be having some of these...(yummy pic below) to go with it, and I would invite ALL MY GF'S to a magical whimsical morning of awesome vintage yumminess, ......with yummy tunes in the background.....sigh...but it's not going to happen is it???...it's Monday!!!!...but what I can do, is fill my head with a bit of "let's be intentional about having a great day!", fill my heart with a loooota happy, put on the best DARN SMILE this side of Limpopo, and SPREAD THE JOY!!!!!
So this is the message I shared with our little chickens this morning....they woke up soooo not in the groovy mood for school.....I figured it had a lot to do with the crazy happy weekend we had, where the rythym kind of just carried us away.....so we went with the flow....and then dancing in the streets of Hillcrest yesterday, shouting and yelping for comrades runners to give it their all.....I think our kids kinda just wish that life could be like that everyday!:-)...so I told them, it can be, if they try hard enough:-)....so they're off to hopefully find the crazy in even the most not so crazy things we have to do:-).............believing that sometimes you can find the cupcake in the weirdest places, if you really look for it:-D
